So how exciting to be taking part in an evening-wear pop up at our favourite Orchard Road department store - TANGS. Located on Level 2, at the heart of TANGS' flagship store, you will fine lacy or printed prom-style and occasional dresses from Chi Chi London together with girls' best friends - sparkly shoes by Steve Madden & Nine West + pretty purses by Elyse & i.
