Covid 19 has significantly increased the cost of shipping and transit times it takes to reach destinations outside of Singapore. Wherever possible we will choose the fastest mode of delivery to customers.
SHIPPING CHARGES & PROCEDURE
We aim to have your order shipped, 2-3 days of receiving the order and the clearing of payment. We will always try to deliver as soon as possible after your order is received. Deliveries outside of Singapore can take from 4 to 14 working days to arrive depending on the delivery method. A signature is required for each delivery. Postal charges are itemised within each product.
Shipping is free within Singapore for orders of value over $60. Order values of under $60 will be charged at $4 and sent with a tracked mode of delivery.
Please allow 3-5 days for delivery though we would normally dispatch your order on the following day. A signature is required upon delivery and Elyse & i will send the customer the relevant tracking number so that you can keep a note of your shipment. If you would like an evening delivery then please send us a message.
Please state your CONDO name within the delivery address where appropriate.
Rest of the World (Standard Shipping)
Postal charges are displayed online and vary according to the size and weight of each product purchased. Please allow 4-14 days for delivery (dependent on region). Please note that for any item that is to be shipped to countries outside of Singapore, this may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for paying all Import Fees.
If a shipment from Elyse & i is refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Elyse & i in Singapore. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
A contact number must be provided and a signature is required upon delivery. Elyse & i will send the customer the relevant tracking number so that you can keep a note of your shipment.
To ensure you receive an accurate quote for expedited shipping, please email us directly at email@example.com with details of your order and duration by which you wish to receive the item.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to us for a full refund*. Returns must be done within 14 days of receipt and in order to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, with tags still on, be returned with any other brand packaging (e.g. dustbag or presentation box) and be sent back to us either in the original packaging or in equivalent packaging in order that the item(s) is not damaged. This provision does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations (Distance Selling). Further details of these rights are available from your local Trading Standards Advice Bureau.
*Bespoke or Pre-Order pieces are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty. Shipping costs are not refunded.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your wish to return an item and we will send you the return address. Wrap the goods securely, complete with a receipt or proof of purchase, dustbag where relevant and original packaging, and post.
We recommend that you use using a trackable shipping service to avoid the possibility of lost goods or at the least obtain proof of posting. We are not liable for goods that are lost in transit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs paid are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We conduct thorough inspections of every item that is made but in the unlikely event of an item being deemed defective or faulty we will i) offer to repair the item, ii) offer to replace the item with the same model or something of equivalent value or style or iii) offer you a full refund. Within 14 days of receiving your item(s) you need to write to us and let us know of your query by emailing email@example.com and we will agree which option to take forward.
