Elyse & i ships all orders from Singapore to most countries within Asia, Central Europe, USA/Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you do not find your country listed as a shipping destination at checkout (including UAE) please contact us for a customised quote on 

Covid 19 has significantly increased the cost of shipping and transit times it takes to reach destinations outside of Singapore.  Wherever possible we will choose the fastest mode of delivery to customers. 

We aim to have your order shipped, 2-3 days of receiving the order and the clearing of payment. We will always try to deliver as soon as possible after your order is received. Deliveries outside of Singapore can take from 4 to 14 working days to arrive depending on the delivery method.  A signature is required for each delivery. Postal charges are itemised within each product.



If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to us for a full refund*. Returns must be done within 14 days of receipt and in order to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, with tags still on, be returned with any other brand packaging (e.g. dustbag or presentation box) and be sent back to us either in the original packaging or in equivalent packaging in order that the item(s) is not damaged. This provision does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations (Distance Selling). Further details of these rights are available from your local Trading Standards Advice Bureau.

*Bespoke or Pre-Order pieces are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty. Shipping costs are not refunded.


Email us at to inform us of your wish to return an item and we will send you the return address. Wrap the goods securely, complete with a receipt or proof of purchase, dustbag where relevant and original packaging, and post. 

We recommend that you use using a trackable shipping service to avoid the possibility of lost goods or at the least obtain proof of posting. We are not liable for goods that are lost in transit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs paid are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.


Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sale items are final and cannot be refunded.


We conduct thorough inspections of every item that is made but in the unlikely event of an item being deemed defective or faulty we will i) offer to repair the item, ii) offer to replace the item with the same model or something of equivalent value or style or iii) offer you a full refund. Within 14 days of receiving your item(s) you need to write to us and let us know of your query by emailing and we will agree which option to take forward.
