Orders & Payment

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, G Pay, and HitPay (Singapore only for QR codes, e-wallets, and cards).

Will tax be applied?

Singapore orders on our online store are GST-free. International customers may be subject to taxes or import duties when their order arrives in their country.

I have a promotional code or gift card — how do I apply it?

Enter your code or gift card at checkout. Only one promotion can be applied per order.

Can I modify my order?

Please double-check your cart before checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist. If your order has already been processed, please follow the returns process.

Shipping

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders within Singapore typically arrive in 3–5 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.

What shipping options are available in Singapore?

- Orders over $60: free standard tracked delivery.
- Orders under $60: $4, tracked delivery.

Couriers may leave packages in a safe place and take a photo as proof of delivery; some shipments may require a signature.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, and Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I request a return?

Contact us via our website or email with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process.

What is the returns policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original packaging. Sale items are only accepted if faulty or damaged.

Are returns free?

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to Elyse & i. Returns must be sent in a trackable mode, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost shipments. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs and any associated import duties.

Other / Product Care

Where can I see Elyse & i products in person?

We do participate in pop-ups and design events. Check out our 'Where Can I Buy Elyse & i' page for a calendar of events and list of local (Singapore) stockists.

How do I store my Elyse & i bag or accessory?

Store your bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a dust bag where possible (provided with all of our bag orders), and avoid overloading to maintain its shape and longevity.
