1. HOW DO I ORDER A PRODUCT?
Simply click on the product you like, add the Quantity of each item you’d like to order and then click on the ADD TO CART button. You can carry on ordering other products from the website and when you are ready, just click on the CART icon which you can find at the top right of the page.
You can also review the items in your cart by before clicking on 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order.

2. DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You can shop at Elyse & i without creating an account.

However, register with us and you'll be able to track your orders, review past purchases and save your address and card details for your convenience.
Elyse & i account members can also look forward to benefits and special promotions in the future.


3. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER? CAN I PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD?
Once you have ordered online you can pay securely with all major credit cards using Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Shopify pay.   Cheques, cash on delivery and postal notes are not acceptable payment methods. 

Payments are taken in Singapore dollars. You can use the currency picker from the top left bar to see the approximate conversion to USD, EUR or GBP before purchasing.  

After selecting how you would like pay and payment has been taken you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that if you have any special requests, then please do put these in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS section before checking out. You can also email us to advise us separately of your request.


4. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL?
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation that contains your order number and purchase details. A separate email will be sent to notify you once the order has been shipped. If you create an account with us prior to checkout, you can log into your account and check the status of your order.

6. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES? WHAT IS THE POSTING PROCEDURE?


7. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
We aim to have your order shipped, 3-5 days of receiving the order and the clearing of payment. We will always try to deliver as soon as possible after your order is received. Elyse & i delivers to within 7-14 day after receipt of payment.   You can track your parcel by following the tracking number provided.

Covid-19 update - please see point 6 regarding knock on delays in delivery due to the coronavirus pandemic. 

8. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If your purchases have not already been prepared for shipping then we can amend your order after it has been placed. To check on the status of your order simply email us directly with your order number at love@elyseandi.com with any changes.



9. WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE THE ORDER? CAN I RETURN IT? WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR MAKING A RETURN?
Upon the date that you take receipt of your goods Elyse & i provides a 14 day "no-quibble" guarantee in which to return those goods for an exchange or refund. Bespoke or Pre-order pieces are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty. Shipping costs are not refunded.This provision does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations (Distance Selling). Further details of these rights are available from your local Trading Standards Advice Bureau.

Covid-19 update on returns - due to the lockdowns of many countries and Singapore, we are extending our returns policy to 30 days as long as the goods remain in the perfect condition you received them in and in their original packaging. You must follow the returns process by emailing us at love@elyseandi.com with your order reference, reason for returning the item and estimated date of return before sending the item back to us.  

10. DO YOU HAVE A WHOLESALE DIVISION?

13. ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once you have placed an order with Elyse & i it is deemed that you have read, understood and accepted Elyse & i s terms and conditions. Upon an order being accepted by Elyse & i you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Elyse & i reserves the right to refuse orders.
